Elena Betros López

Elena Betros López is a maker of experimental video and writer of poetry and prose. She grew up in and currently resides in the Moreland area of Narrm. Her current research is examining a relationship between the production of tides in the southern ocean and the embodied experience of desire. Betros López is the recipient of multiple grants and awards including, Research Training Stipend Scholarship (Monash University), New Work Grant (The Australia Council), Moya Dyring Memorial Studio at the Cité Internationale des Arts Paris (Art Gallery of NSW) and International Travel Grant (The Ian Potter Cultural Trust).
