Anil Hukma

Lahir di Kg. Kassikebo kota Maros pada 1 September 1970. Puisi dan cerpennya dimuat dalam Pedoman Rakyat sejak SMA. Sering mengikuti acara baca puisi di Makassar, seperti pada Pertemuan Dewan Kesenian se-Indonesia (1990). Puisi tunggalnya diterbitkan dalam antologi Ombak Losari (1990) dan Setengah Abad Indonesia (1995). Puisinya juga dimuat pada beberapa antologi seperti Antologi Puisi Indonesia (1997), Temu Penyair Makassar (1999), Sastra Kepulauan (1999), Ombak Makassar (2000), Baruga (2000), Kemilau Musim (2002), Bukalah Pintu Itu (2003) dan Pesona Gemilang Musim (2004). Juga termuat di Malaysia di majalah Dewan Sastera (2002). Anil pernah diundang mengikuti 9 th Kuala Lumpur Poetry Reading (2002) dan karyanya dimasukkan dalam buku antologi dwi bahasa dalam festival ini. Mengikuti Ubud Writers Festival (2004). Anil juga terlibat dalam buku Aku Hanya Mahu ke Seberang karya Hashim Jacoob yang diterjemahkan ke 45 bahasa (University of Malaya Press, Kuala Lumpur, 2006) dimana ia mengerjakan penerjemahan ke bahasa Makassar. Bersama beberapa penulis Makassar, Anil menyunting buku La Galigo: Menelusuri Jejak Warisan Sastra Dunia, yang berisi kumpulan tulisan mengenai La Galigo, epik mitologis masyarakat Bugis yang merupakan teks sastra terpanjang di dunia dan dinyatakan sebagai kanon sastra dunia.
Anil Hukma was born in Maros, South Sulawesi, on 1 September 1970. Her poetry and short stories have been published in Pedoman Rakyat newspaper since she was in high school and she is a frequent participant in poetry reading events held in Makassar. Her poems have appeared in the anthologies Ombak Losari (The Waves of Losari, 1990) and Setengah Abad Indonesia (Indonesia: Half a Century, 1995) Antologi Puisi Indonesia (Anthology of Indonesian Poetry, 1997), Temu Penyair Makassar (A Meeting of Macassar Writers, 1999), Sastra Kepulauan (Island Literature, 1999), Ombak Makassar (Macassar Waves, 2000), Baruga (2000), Kemilau Musim (The Season’s Brilliance, 2002), Bukalah Pintu Itu (Open the Door, 2003) dan Pesona Gemilang Musim (Enchanted by the Season’s Gleam, 2004). Her poems have also appeared in the Malaysian magazine Dewan Sastera (2002). Anil appeared at the 9th Kuala Lumpur Poetry Reading (2002) and the Ubud Writers Festival (2004). She was also involved in the book Aku Hanya Mahu ke Seberang (I Only Want to Go Abroad) by Hashim Jacoob which has been translated into 45 languages (University of Malaya Press, Kuala Lumpur, 2006). Anil worked on the translation into Makassarese. With several other writers from Makassar, Anil is editing a collection of writings on La Galigo, a mythological epic of the Bugis people and the longest literary text in the world.
