Alec Newman

Alec Newman established The Knives Forks and Spoons Press in 2010. The British Library nominated him for the Michael Marks Publisher of the Year Award in the same year. He has published over 100 books, many of which have received great critical acclaim, and he has launched the careers of many young poets, who have gone onto greater things. Alec lives in Newton-le-Willows with his Common law wife, Claire, and his daughter Isla.
