Wojciech Brzoska

Wojciech Brzoska is a Polish poet who has published six poetry collections. His poems have been published in most of the leading cultural and literatury magazines in Poland (Odra, Czas Kultury, Przekrój, Tygodnik Powszechny and Gazeta Wyborcza) as well as in anthologies in Poland and abroad. His work has been translated into English, German, Spanish, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian and Serbian. He is also the frontman in Brzoska i Gawroński, a band that uses his poems in their songs. In his every day life he works in a prison where he organises concerts and readings.
