Philip Muir grew up rural but now lives in Auckland, New Zealand. His 'thing' is playing with words - exploring their capacity to express powerfully while remaining somewhat mysterious. He runs a poetry group through the Meetup website, performs live regularly and has had poems published in Fast Fibres and The Blue Nib.
