Lydia Daher

Lydia Daher was born in Berlin, Germany, in 1980 to a German-Lebanese couple. She grew up in Cologne and now lives and works as a poet and a musician in Augsburg. She was ranked third in the German International Poetry Slam (2005) and awarded a major Bavarian literary prize, the Bayerischer Kunstförderpreis (2012). Her recent publications include Kein Tamtam für diesen Tag (2008) and Insgesamt so, diese Welt (2012).
