Justin Heazlewood

Justin Heazlewood is the author of Funemployed (2014) and Get Up Mum (2018) about living with a Mum with schizophrenia. In 2020 he gave a witness statement for the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. He is an ambassador for Satellite Foundation who support young people caring for a mentally ill parent. He is set to act his life out in a one man theatre adaptation of Get Up Mum in 2024 and beyond. He publishes a gazette called Fuzzy Logic and lives in Dream Burnie, Tasmania.
