Jackson was born in Cumbria, England. She lives in WA, where she is undertaking a PhD at Edith Cowan University, and online, where she edits Uneven Floor. In 2013 Mulla Mulla Press published her second book Lemon Oil. Her work appears in the forthcoming Fremantle Press Anthology of Western Australian Poetry.
