W H Chong is a painter, designer, poet and critic. He has written art criticism and cultural commentary for Daily Review, Meanjin and Crikey. His poetry has been published in Griffith Review and Meanjin among others. His artworks are in private collections as well as the National Portrait Gallery, The State Library of Victoria and the Wheeler Centre. He works as a designer of book covers and lives in Melbourne.
