Sugu Pillay

Sugu Pillay's poetry has appeared in various NZ journals like Poetry NZ, Takahe and Brief. A collection of her poems, Flaubert's Drum, was published by IP Publications in 2012. She is also the author of short stories, The Chandrasekhar Limit and Other Stories (2002) and two plays; Serendipity premiered in Wellington in 2009, Salaam Pukekohe won Playmarket's Write Out Loud award in 2010. She has a Masters in Creative Writing from the International Institute of Modern Letters, Wellington. She lives in Christchurch.
