Lesley Carnus is a new poet who lives in Chippendale. She works with refugees (RLP) and her poetry tells of asylum, grief; and of course, love. Despite the despair of witnessing Australia's inhumanity to the most vulnerable in our community, Lesley is at times, a joyful person.
