Julie Beveridge

Julie Beveridge is a poet who lives in Brisbane. She is the Program and Services Manager for Queensland Writers Centre and was Festival Director for the Queensland Poetry Festival in 2008 and 2009. Julie has been a feature artist at the Queensland Poetry Festival; Byron Bay Writers Festival; Brisbane Writers Festival; Tasmanian Poetry Festival and the 2006 Word Wrestling Federation SLAM. Her collection Home is where the Heartache Is (Small Change Press) is her first collection of haibun. Her follow up collection home{sic} was released in June 2012.
