Fiona Lynch

Fiona Lynch is a Melbourne-based writer who has had poems published in Australia and Ireland. She was short-listed for the 2019 Australia Fair prize (illustrated poem), the 2018 ACU Prize for Poetry and the 2017 Newcastle Poetry Prize. She is working on an illustrated collection of poems about the exclusion of women from leadership in the Catholic Church. She enjoys writing magical realism, and delights in making up nonsense bedtime stories with her co-conspirators - grandchildren Kit and Pippa.
