Dong Li

Dong Li is a multilingual writer and translator from Chinese, English, French and German. He is the translator of Song Lin’s The Gleaner Song (Giramondo and Deep Vellum 2021) and Zhu Zhu’s The Wild Great Wall (Phoneme Media 2018), and the co-translator (with Lea Schneider) of Zang Di’s Gesellschaft für Flugversuche (Carl Hanser Verlag 2019). He has received fellowships from Akademie Schloss Solitude and the Camargo and Humboldt Foundations, and support from a PEN/Heim Translation Grant, Ledig House, the Henry Luce Foundation/Vermont Studio Center and The American Literary Translators Association, among others.
