Carlie Daley

Carlie Daley lives on the flood plains of Lismore, staking time for writing between work and solo parenting. Her work has been featured in The Long Paddock, Southerly, Gargouille, Capsule, Frostwriting, Northerly, and the Australian Poetry Anthology. In 2018, she won the City of Stonnington Literary Festival - Poetry Open Age - Non Stonnington prize. Her debut chapbook, Blood & Bone, was published by Dancing Girl Press in 2019. Her second chapbook, Alluvium, released by Ginninderra Press in 2023, explores the aftermath of a marriage dissolution and living through one of Australia's most devastating floods.
