Andrei Filimonov is a poet, novelist, journalist, and president of the movable poetry festival ‘PlaceNigde’ (PlaceNowhere), which has moved across Russia and Europe to promote new trends of Russian poetry. He has published in various journals and anthologies, as well as two collections of poetry and a detective novel. He is from and based in Tomsk, Western Siberia.
