one and the same: as above so below reimagines the wedding ritual as a balancing act of the inter-dimensional experience of living between two worlds; the physical and spiritual, where the ‘marriage of self’ is the primary relationship.

While Groom stands present as the subject, in and of the landscape, their sovereign body transcends the moment speaking silently of the cosmic body of remembrance in the union of diametrically opposing ontologies as the living embodiment of the Aboriginal experience.
