About Rebecca Landon

Rebecca Landon is an emerging poet hailing from South-Western Sydney. After gaining an honours degree at Macquarie University she lived and worked in Japan as an English teacher for 2 years. She has done various readings around Sydney alongside poets such as Robert Gray, Jaya Savige and Fiona Wright. She is part of the Westside Writers Group created by Bankstown Youth Development Service and performed at the 2010 Sydney Writers Festival. Her first published poems appeared in vol.1 of Westside. She is 27.
