Unity Akashvani lives on unceded Gadigal and Bidjigal lands. She has been published in a couple of anthologies and has featured and been a slam finalist at poetry events in Sydney, Delhi, and Mumbai. She has a chapbook of poems forthcoming with Incision Press and hopes for a world with cleaner air, cheaper housing, and more poetry.
