Tashi Chophel is a Lepcha poet residing in Sikkim who writes in English. His works have been published in the India International Centre Quarterly, The Sentinel, Nagaland Page, Weekend Review, Sikkim Now, Sikkim Midweek, Catscanned Magazine among others. He is a member of the collective Converse which regularly holds a Literary Festival in Sikkim for the Himalayan region.
