Libby Angel

Libby Angel is the author of two novels (Text Publishing) and co-writer of a play recently produced by Castlemaine Theatre Company. She holds a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Melbourne and is the recipient of awards including the Barbara Jefferis Award and the Penguin/UniMelb Manuscript Prize. Her short pieces have appeared in publications including The Age, Overland and Going Down Swinging, and in anthologies published by Wakefield Press, Five Islands Press and Liquid Amber Press. She is one half of the music/poetry project Avian.
