K. Lipschutz

K.Lipschutz is the pen name of Kurt Lipschutz. Author. most recently, of Mr. Congeniality (2021) and Premeditations (2019). His first book, The Erection of Scaffolding for the Re-Painting of Heaven by the Lowest Bidder (1985), is a long out of print collector’s item. He has just completed “Long Engagement: New & Selected Poems (1985–2023),” which is looking for a home. K.Lipschutz also writes songs with international recording and touring artist Chuck Prophet. A resident of San Francisco, California, he shares a small apartment with Colette Jappy and three cats.
