Helen Thurloe is a Sydney writer. Her poetry has appeared in anthologies including Best Australian Poems, Australian Love Poems 2013 and Women’s Work. Recent awards for her work include the Banjo Paterson Open Poetry (2012 and 2013), and the Ethel Webb Bundell Poetry Award (2012). She loves to visit Melbourne and writes poems there when she does.
