Frankie McMillan

Frankie McMillan is a short story writer and poet. She is the author of The Bag Lady’s Picnic and other stories ( Shoal Bay Press) and two poetry collections: Dressing for the Cannibals and There are no horses in heaven. (Canterbury University Press). In 2005 she was awarded the CNZ Todd Bursary. In 2008 and 2009 her work was selected for Best NZ Fiction anthologies. In 2015 she held the Ursula Bethell writing residency at Canterbury University.
