Dylan Brennan

Dylan Brennanwrites poetry and prose. In 2019 he was named recipient of the Ireland Chair of Poetry Bursary Award by Ireland Professor of Poetry, Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin. In 2014, his debut poetry collection, Blood Oranges, received the Patrick Kavanagh Award runner-up prize. In 2016 he co-edited a book on Mexican writer and photographer Juan Rulfo: Rethinking Juan Rulfo’s Creative World: Prose, Photography, Film. Atoll, an e-chapbook, was published by Smithereens Press in 2014 and is available to download and read for free online. Dylan’s work has been translated into Spanish, Italian and Greek. Originally from Dublin, he lives in Mexico City.
