Carolyn McCurdie

Carolyn McCurdie is a writer from Dunedin, New Zealand. She writes fiction, including children’s fiction, and poetry which has been widely published in NZ. She was the winner of the 2013 NZ Poetry Society International Poetry Competition. Her first collection of poetry, Bones in the Octagon, was published this year as part of the 2015 Hoopla series from Makaro Press. She is a member of the Octagon Poets Collective, which organises regular live poetry events in Dunedin.
