We’re now well into the second half of Zombie Haikunaut Renga, with over 400 comments and counting on the whole shebang. Ashley Capes has been doing a sterling job at herding the Zomkunauts, and the results so far are pretty spine-chilling. Here’s a couple of excerpts, the first from Zombie Haikunaut Renga I:

all by itself

And this cheerful little passage from Part II:

our breathing stilled
a city crumbles beyond
the north window
